What runs behind every load
- Computerised batching — automatic weigh batching of cement, coarse and fine aggregate, water and admixture, with batch records retained.
- Cement storage — sealed silos keep cement dry and free-flowing.
- Graded stockpiles — separate bins for 20 mm and 10 mm aggregate and coarse sand, with moisture allowed for in the batch.
- Transit mixers — our own drums keep the mix agitated from the plant gate to the discharge point.
- Boom & line pumps — for upper floors, rafts, basements and long horizontal runs.
- Testing facility — slump cones, cube moulds and a curing tank so mixes are proven before and during supply.
Consistency, not just equipment
Anyone can buy a batching plant. What matters is whether the same grade, batched in January and in June, arrives with the same strength and workability. That comes from calibrated load cells, correctly graded and stored aggregate, admixture dosed to the batch, a fleet that keeps the drum turning, and a plant network dense enough that concrete does not spend an hour on the road.
