Where concrete is checked
- Incoming material — aggregate grading and silt, sand quality, cement freshness and admixture batch, checked to IS 383 and IS 9103.
- Mix design — proportioning to IS 10262 for the target grade, exposure, workability and pour method, with trial cubes cast and tested.
- Batching & slump — automatic weighing on every batch, moisture-corrected, with slump measured to IS 1199.
- Site verification — slump re-checked at site before discharge; a load outside tolerance returns to the plant.
- Cube sampling — samples cast, cured and tested to IS 516 at 7 and 28 days.
- Reporting — compressive strength results shared with the customer and consultant.
Your part
A cube result proves the concrete that left our plant was right. Reaching full strength in your slab also depends on compaction and, above all, curing: start within two hours of placing, apply slurry the same day as casting, and keep it continuously wet for the specified period.
