From one plant on the Amritsar bypass to a network covering the Majha belt, Doaba, Malwa and the Jammu highway.
It started with a shortage of trust
Around Amritsar a decade ago, most concrete was still mixed on site. A house owner had no way of knowing how much cement actually went into a mix, and a contractor on a tight programme had no way of guaranteeing that today's batch matched yesterday's. Strength was a matter of faith.
Kapsha Constructions Pvt Ltd was set up in 2018 to remove that guesswork from the region — one computerised plant, one design mix, one challan showing the actual weights that went into your load.
How the network grew
Each new base was opened because a customer could not be served properly from the existing one: the head plant at Balkalan, Amritsar; Majitha on Batala Road; the northern plant at Madhopur, Pathankot; the Dinanagar supply base for Gurdaspur; the Jammu, Kathua and Samba belt; and Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Jassur for the Doaba, Malwa and Kangra approach.
What has not changed
The company is bigger, the fleet is larger and the grade range now runs from M10 through to M50 with fibre reinforced, self-compacting and decorative concrete alongside. But the promise is the same one we started with: Committed for Service, Quality n Quantity.
From one plant to a network
The milestones that grew Kapsha from a single RMC plant in Amritsar into a multi-plant network across Punjab and Jammu.
First RMC plant — Amritsar
Kapsha opens its first ready mix concrete plant in Amritsar, bringing computerised batching and a tested design mix to the region.
Second RMC plant — Pathankot
A second plant at Pathankot extends supply across the northern belt and the Gurdaspur corridor.
Third RMC plant — Jammu
Crossing into Jammu, the third plant serves the Kathua, Samba and Jammu highway corridor.
Fourth RMC plant — Ludhiana
The Ludhiana plant brings Kapsha ready mix into the Malwa and Doaba industrial belt.
High-draft brick kiln — Dinanagar
A high-draft brick kiln at Dinanagar, Gurdaspur adds brick manufacturing to the group.
